Will we ever see another Banksy print....?, by wlsp4657 on Sept 8, 2007 23:58:19 GMT 1, I don't know about everyone else, but I would not be surprised if Banksy ended his career with morons. At least as far a limited editions go. Banksy is different from any artist we have ever seen before and although most people would agree that it would be crazy to stop now, I would put it past him. I would be very disappointed if this were the case and I don't think it is, it's just something to consider. Thoughts?

Indeed Mr cracka, if it were not for this lull in Mr B's productivity i am sure that we would not have seen quite the interest in the number of other emerging artists who have stepped into the limelight as we have had in this year.

Will we ever see another Banksy print....?, by Grafter on Sept 9, 2007 9:03:17 GMT 1, Seeing as any new release would be almost impossible to get hold of without a couple of ours of F5'ing or paying well over the odds on the secondary market, I for one would love to see an explosion of street work available for everyone to enjoy rather than a limited print release for a privaliged few.
BTW has anyone else noticed the face on the Chalk Farm Maid has been restored..? Looks like Mr B might have touched it up himself whilst in town doing the new one in Hackney.

I agree, all the LA prints should have been out, done & dusted before christmas 2006 so now (after waiting an extra 9 months) we should be itching to see something new, not facing the never ending when are they going to be released debate.

He doesn't strike me as the kind of fella to hang up his boots and retire to San Tropez with Bardot just yet. But what the f'ck do i know...Maybe he loves cats?
