What you mean it's not true that evil immigrants are murdering pensioners in their beds.
Anyone remember John Cooper Clarkes 'Daily Express' ?
'...Margaret Thatcher looks stunning, yes But why no nipples in the Daily Express' ;D

According to the Daily Mail..., by tomhills1 on Jun 6, 2007 17:51:51 GMT 1, neither picture is banksy, if you start to believe the mail then we are all about to lose our jobs to 'foreigners', the housing market is about to collapseand david cameron is a jolly nice chap.
bollox.
also, as carlito said, please don't post pics and start pictorial debates about banksy's identity. it isn't really in keeping of the spirit of the forum and not what the artist wants, perhaps we should respect that.
oh, and this thread will be removed sooner rather than later.
if you really, really want to know what banksy looks like you can find him. just try looking a little further afield than the daily mail/evening standard department of lazy journalism.

According to the Daily Mail..., by Grafter on Jun 6, 2007 19:48:24 GMT 1, WOW...!!!! You Guys...
Don't make out you're not interested in seeing the man himself... Every one of you on here has at one time spent some time looking into his identity, AND YOU KNOW IT...!!!!
Some of you are far too quick to get angry and nick respect points for something that you have done in the past yourself. Who needs 'em anyway..? Badges. We don't need no stinkin Badges
I suggest you find something more important to get angry about. Lord knows there's plenty of stuff out there.
As for Banksy anonimity. Surely the only need for him to stay anon' was to keep plod from felling his collar. Now that he seems to have abandoned the street and gone down the legit limited edition route, the only need to stay hidden would seem to retain his cool persona and guarantee high demand and prices for new (and old) pieces. There's probably a loft full of old masters in some Bristol semi just waiting to be miraculously found and sent to Bonhams or Sotherbys....
Be Lucky...

According to the Daily Mail..., by Grafter on Jun 6, 2007 20:33:43 GMT 1, Exactly, you were only able to REPLY because someone had initiated a topic (That would be ME).
I knew that I was going to get flamed for this one but I thought that some people would actaully be interested in it.
The reason you all get so annoyed by it is because you all buy into this secrecy rubbish.
Don't get me wrong, The art is great....and I love it all as much as anyone on this board. But, the people who work hard to protect the anonimity are the same people who moan that they can't afford a print because they have helped create the Buzz around Banksy and the prints are being snapped up by flippers. I got 2 words for you...,Viscious and circle...
By the way, I ha a dig an THEN said no hard fellings...
Be Lucky....
