Visit BRISTOL ๐ฌ๐ง Street Art, Galleries, Events, by sambash on Jun 15, 2017 12:42:16 GMT 1, I'm involved with starting up a city wide Art Trail of Banky's home - Bristol!
We were considering add a Banksy trail of sorts, to help people wonder the streets of Bristol and spot/collect his pieces. Do you think people would be interested in that?
Anyway our address is www.bristolarttrail.com

Visit BRISTOL ๐ฌ๐ง Street Art, Galleries, Events, by John The Badgers on Jun 11, 2020 20:24:41 GMT 1, Visiting Bristol on Saturday, can anybody give me some information on original Banksy pieces still about?
Had a great day out a few years back, following a similar post, saw the Hanging Man, Gorilla With a Mask, Thekla pieces, looking for some insider knowledge as to anything around?
Appreciate the Google, 'tourist' approach, but any information would be really appreciated.

Visit BRISTOL ๐ฌ๐ง Street Art, Galleries, Events, by letterpressed on Jun 11, 2020 21:25:53 GMT 1, If you like Graff, head to Dean Lane Skatepark. Not been there for a while but there is normally loads of stuff up on the walls. Not Banksy though..
This will give you an idea of what to expect!
Spot a young 3D at 3mins 32secs!

Visit BRISTOL ๐ฌ๐ง Street Art, Galleries, Events, by Terry Fuckwitt on Jun 11, 2020 21:50:35 GMT 1, The updated ppe edition of girl with pierced eardrum would be worth a visit. Think there is still a faded Barcode in Bristol too. Also a short drive to the burning tyre at Bridge Farm school. Don't visit during school hours though๐ Don't forget the massive stik

Have you a location of the faded Barcode?
Wasn't aware of the Burning Tyre either, nice one.
The Stik a classic, good shout, will definitely take a look, is this his only work in Bristol?
Thanks for everyone's input.

I can't remember the exact whereabouts of the Barcode, It was a few years ago I saw it, hopefully someone here might have more info. Burning tyre was well worth the visit, although it's across the school field, you will need a good lens for decent photos. Bristol Museum has the Paint Pot Angel statue but is worth a visit anyway. Grim Reaper is at the Mshed. Don't forget the Valentines piece at Barton Hill which I presume is still there. Go for a wander round some back streets at Stokes Croft where Mild Mild West is, to get to see a load of decent graffiti. There is also a very old Banksy wall up there as well.

Shame the pandemic has taken the summer out , the canteen by mild mild west was a nice place to hang out for a coffee And home made cakes , poetry readings , live music Pipe and slippers pub use to have great Sunday roasts , then you have the lanes behind pipe and slippers Giant nick walker in town with lots of graffiti and also the Upfest area has some street art
