The trouble is I make the master piece out of super sculpy, which is a soft polymer clay that goes hard when baked in the oven. So my work at the moment is limited to the size of my oven....lol. Also the bigger they are the heavier they are to carry around. I need to find a lighter casting material that inexpensive an weather proof....any ideas?

You must be a Sculpey legend, that and it must cost you a fair bit to do each piece! I've worked with Fimo in the past for jewellery making its pretty tricky on times! Been rattling my brains for other materials you could try and to be honest I can't think of anything better. Maybe resin? But its messy, would takes ages and you wouldn't be able to do several colours etc without making your own molds. Those guns would make a wicked pendant! Possible collab there ha ha.

Take it down down pizza go go see if they'll shove it through the pizza conveyor for you.
