'all fall down' value..., by foreman on Jul 6, 2007 1:18:05 GMT 1, i unfortunatly missed the "pre" sale of the mantis all fall down print and am really upset about it :-( and it is crazy that non have been flipped onto ebay! frankie did a wonderful job getting the 77 prints to good homes... but now it has left me with really no way of finding this print anywhere...
the more i hear about how great this print is from all you guys who got one ... the more i want it!... anyways with the banksy release hopefully coming up , i have been saving up some money... but if i miss out on it... i might consider putting this money towards AFD (if i can even find one)...
i was just wondering what people thought this print might be worth on the secondary market so i can weigh my decision on what print to pick up next.
(hopefully it will be festival) but who knows... AFD is a really good lookin print arggg ... decisions, decisions...

It took one person to be brave and stick their LV Child on ebay and now loads are on there.
Give it a few months, you'll get one.

Foreman - if you've missed out on all fall down, you should make sure you don't miss the Arofish release. Maybe some one will put up a pic, or i'll try to find it when i'm less busy, but there is an Arofish 'Eject and Survive' stencil next to the Mantis on Old Kent Road. Its getting made into a print very very soon.....and from what i'm told, there should he hand sprayed finishing on it. Limited run of 77 with 7 AP's.

It can bring problems too, art that was sitting happily on the wall that goes up to silly heights can become a liability, and huge reponsibility and in my position untenable in the justification to keep something worth so much when other things in life are more important.
I've said it before, I'm just as happy with my prints like Dolks Che which have gone up from ยฃ50 to at the most ยฃ100 than I am with Flag that's gone up from ยฃ100 to ยฃ700.

i learn lots from you all. i learn it is best to buy cheap and sell high. i learn who most profit artist will be (MrBJ, Banksy, AM but no eelus) i learn best advert is to upset forum with selling stuff on ebay. then forum write thread saying mr so so very naughty how can he flip so quick. everyone then look at ebay thread and all of goods on sale go quick quick.
