Emulating while experimenting and learning is fine. To be recommended even.
But biting someone else's style, without any of your own, and then trying to SELL it is different altogether.
Better to come up with something original first, THEN try to sell it. imho....

You can be inspire by an artist, a canvas or a street piece, everybody posting here has been inspired by something, but please don't do that...

They have been logically positioned so that where 'Military' crosses 'Hospitals' we get Beerlitz and Nocton Hall. Where it crosses 'Industrial' we get NGTE Pyestock' and where is crosses 'Underground' we get 'Sevastopol Submarine base' etc. This theme has been continued throughout.

It was quite beat up (scratches/warped/dinged and dented corners) - the wife told me that it was their first piece of art in their first apt... they had been carrying it around for several years... -unable to 'throw it away' anyways... they just told me to 'take and do something with it'
they bought their first home right next to the La River... so i went with that theme.... made a billboard with their address... last name.... stuck their dog in there who plays in the river all the time.... used markers/paint to clean it up a bit... in certain light, some of the silvers and blacks pop out at you...

Thanks for the kind words. It took me a couple weeks to cut the stencil because I managed to put a slice in my index finger with the knife and had to wait for it to heal before I could finish.
