The winter months and grey, grey short days have been kept busy harvesting creatures, painting pictures, approaching new themes and reoccurring dreams... and as Spring approaches it's time to unveil this new body of work... I'm pleased to announce my solo show at Corey Helford Gallery, Culver City. LA. April 9th.
If thats not enough May 6th will see the opening of a group installation show and British Invasion, myself, Word To Mother, Will Barras and The London Police are working with LA artist Mear One and 3 other US artists to create a Temporary Metropolis... yeah even I'm not sure what thats going to look like...
If this isn't enough I hear LA has some pretty good sun... might be worth a visit.

Defo interesting is this a sea change?...the market in some respects has moved on so are 'our old faithfuls' moving with the times/the market etc?
could this be a movement to more 'traditional art' and away from urban/street etc art or an evolution or in fact none of the above!?!?

By that I mean those artists with the ability, knowledge, talent and creativity to push themselves and their work in new and challenging directions rather than churing out the same grenades, skulls, cartoons etc...(they can revive that later in their career!)
(Silky, happy for you to separate this out from jfury's Dface thread to a new one if you want).

I think he'll do alot of sculpture type pieces, judging by his home page image... The Beatle with the nozzle head (on the left) is brill...
