Pict/Vid of the Day, by Happy Shopper on Jul 10, 2014 12:11:41 GMT 1, The simple fact is that Israel can only survive through violence and oppression of the arab majority on it's border. The moment it's apartheid system ends, just like South Africa, they'll be out of there. Not the fault of anyone born in these days, but an historical fuck up by all involved in it's formation.
But in the minds of most people around the world Israel does nothing to help itself... Declaring retaliation on Hamas because 3 boys got murdered... it's like the UK bombing Portugal for Madeleine McCann!

Pict/Vid of the Day, by misterx on Jul 10, 2014 20:11:39 GMT 1, Are you Muslim by chance, as this seems to go deeper. M-302 rockets (from Syria) are not exactly what you would call homemade rockets. Maybe you should do more "sound research" on the attacks in the last 3 days. And as you claim I have no decency... that is class and proud to have you as a fellow forum member. But I guess to you Israeli's have no decency either. Agree to disagree. Keep your blinders on. No buddy, I'm a member of the Human Race.
As for Israeli's, there are plenty of them that have class. You seem to do a lot of guessing...
ONE 302 landed on Monday.
As of a few hours ago, Israel had bombed Gaza 750 times.
Show me the bodies piled up in Tel Aviv like they are in Gaza.
Its a disgrace....why you don't seem to know that is beyond me.
Thank goodness your not a sympathiser....

Pict/Vid of the Day, by kultur on Jul 10, 2014 20:38:42 GMT 1, Hamas -This "Islamist militant group" should strike fear in everyone... not just those effected.
They release statements just like today that "all Israelis are targets." They want them all dead and will try to do so at any cost... even those just born. That kind of hate for an entire population should never be supported by anyone.
Last time someone called for a genocide like this, he killed a few million Jews with a smile on his face... and not many people still support him.

Pict/Vid of the Day, by misterx on Jul 11, 2014 1:10:21 GMT 1, Israel-style Sderot Cinema.
Sderot was formally a Palestinian village. It was taken illegally by Israel.
The photo shows Israelis bringing chairs to the hilltops of Sderot this evening to watch bombs fall on Gaza. They clap and celebrate every time they hear a blast.
this is indefensible kultur, and the behaviour of a sick society...

Pict/Vid of the Day, by misterx on Jul 11, 2014 4:46:50 GMT 1, Who would you rather see? Hmmm, tricky one... let me think.
Two intimidating looking men, who most of the world look upon as freedom fighters, taking up arms against a genocidal State, or your friends( no sympathy though ) these Israeli's, who bring picnic baskets and comfy chairs to gaze ghoulishly as innocent civilians, including children and babies, with nowhere to escape because of Israels inhumane Blockage of Gaza, have over 400 tonnes of munitions,in the first two days alone, dropped on their heads, all the while cheering and celebrating openly?
Are you serious?
I think your a little over your head mate. Swim back to shore and treat yourself to a shwarma.

Photos can be taken out of context and I am sure we have all seen photos on the net which turned out not to be what they seemed.
Not questioning your reasons for posting, or authenticity.
Just hoping for a world of less violence - which is far more important that art.

Pict/Vid of the Day, by Coach on Jul 11, 2014 8:36:57 GMT 1, If that genuinely is a pic of people celebrating artillery, then that's so incredibly sad. It does Anne to me that the Israeli response is disproportionate. Many more Palestinian deaths in attacks. According to the radio the Palestinian death toll now in three figures with a huge number injured. I believe the vast majority to be civilians. I do hope both sides take up obama's offer to broker a cease fire. Sad sad times.

Pict/Vid of the Day, by misterx on Jul 17, 2014 7:01:48 GMT 1, "The first projectile hit the sea wall of Gaza City's little harbour just after four o'clock. As the smoke from the explosion thinned, four figures could be seen running, ragged silhouettes, legs pumping furiously along the wall. Even from a distance of 200 metres, it was obvious that three of them were children.
Jumping off the harbour wall, they turned on to the beach, attempting to cross the short distance to the safety of the Al-Deira hotel, base for many of the journalists covering the Gaza conflict.
They waved and shouted at the watching journalists as they passed a little collection of brightly coloured beach tents, used by bathers in peacetime.
It was there that the second shell hit the beach, those firing apparently adjusting their fire to target the fleeing survivors. As it exploded, journalists standing by the terrace wall shouted: "They are only children."
In the space of 40 seconds, four boys who had been playing hide and seek among fishermen's shacks on the wall were dead. They were aged between seven and 11; two were named Mohammad, one Zakaria and the youngest Ahed. All were members of the extended Bakr family.
Three others who were injured made it to the hotel: Hamad Bakr, aged 13, with shrapnel in his chest; his cousin Motasem, 11, injured in his head and legs, and Mohammad Abu Watfah, 21, who was hit by shrapnel in his stomach.
A man who had been near them reached the hotel terrace first, scrambling up a steep sandy bank. A skinny man in his 30s, he groaned and held up a T-shirt already staining red with blood where he was hit in the stomach. He fainted and was carried to a taxi waved down in the street as he grew pale and limp.
The children were brought up next. Pulling up the T-shirt of the first boy, journalists administering first aid found a shrapnel hole, small and round as a pencil head, where he had been hit in the chest. Another boy, a brother or cousin, who was uninjured, slumped by the wall, weeping.
The injured boy cried in pain as the journalists cleaned and dressed the wound, wrapping a field dressing around his chest. He winced in pain, clearly embarrassed too as a colleague checked his shorts to look for unseen femoral bleeding. A waiter grabbed a table cloth to use as a stretcher, but a photographer took the boy in his arms to carry him to the ambulance.
The Israeli military said it was looking into the incident. The Israel Defence Force told the AFP in a statement: "Based on preliminary results, the target of this strike was Hamas terrorist operatives. The reported civilian casualties from this strike are a tragic outcome." Eye witness account from Peter Beaumont of The guardian
Meanwhile, with the mainstream media doing its best to keep this atrocity away from the headlines, the NYT chose a photo of Israeli cops ducking for cover.... Note the small piece to the left, saying "Boys drawn to Gaza beach, and into centre of mideast strife"...weasel words if you ask me.
Gaza will be reduced to rubble, with hundreds dead, whilst the world looks away.
I'm sorry if this is seen as depressing, but the silence is deafening.
Remember KONY, or the Nigerian schoolgirls abductions? The outcry the world over?

Pict/Vid of the Day, by Dr Plip on Jul 17, 2014 9:06:46 GMT 1, The west won't do a thing. They sell too many weapons to want peace. And the US/UK don't exactly shy away from bombing civilians when they feel it's justified. And now there's a 5 hour truce so the civilian population can try to grab food and water. This is madness. 5 hours to grab a snack, then we're back to random death and destruction.
I fucking weep for human kind.

Pict/Vid of the Day, by otomi on Jul 17, 2014 9:33:28 GMT 1, Hamas denied the cease fire that was offered a few days ago. They are the once that don't care about their people if you put an armory under a school you are an asshole and put civilians in harm.
Only because Israel catches most missiles it doesn't mean it can't try to prevent the firing.
Hamas kidnapped and killed the three teenagers because it knew how Israel would react. Hamas is not a government all they know is war and that's all they do. The more conflict and suffering their is the more influence Hamas has. The money they spend on military could have helped a lot of people and I assume they have build more tunnels than roads.
Most of the neighbors hate Hamas, Agypt probably more than Israel and they are in no rush to stop the bombings.

I don't think I have to respond to this question as everyone should have the right comment on things that happen in the world.
Anyway - I am none of the above - I'm just a sheep and indecent human being living in Europe.
What kind of transparency are you trying to create? Do you want to put me on a list if I checked an option with yes?
Your horse is so high you gonna bump your head on the moon.
Now were I answered your question answer mine - can you condone what Hamas is doing?

Pict/Vid of the Day, by Deleted on Jul 17, 2014 16:38:39 GMT 1, bambuser.com/v/4772107 These guys were at the London protest last Friday. Big ups to them. Otomi, would you be happy to have a ceasefire against occupiers? Egypt is hardly an impartial third party..........there are nut jobs on all sides for sure. Huge numbers of civilians are being killed on only one side though which is against international law. Israel has been breaking international law for many years now with their land grabs and settlements and the international community has done nothing. The apartheid treatment against the Palestinians is very slowly becoming impossible to ignore and the world is slowly waking up. War is good for business and in a world run by business it seems to unfortunately trumps all else.

Pict/Vid of the Day, by misterx on Jul 17, 2014 20:10:18 GMT 1, I would say what Hamas is doing(virtually nothing if we consider piles of corpses and wanton death and destruction...) is totally understandable given the treatment they continue to receive.
If i lived in Gaza I may also be wanting to fire rockets aimlessly over my prison wall that your friends built to keep me a separate from the rest of Israel....apartheid in the 21st Century.
