He will issue me a refund. Although the next message he sent says that he can't issue the refund for 10 days because of limits on his Paypal account.
Does this sound fishy or just an unlucky seller?
I paid 225 quids.
His Ebay is megantiques2005 just in case anyone else bought from him.

the trouble with these cheap posters, they are so easy to reproduce. unless your getting them yourself or directly through a friend, they aren't worth spending loads of money imo. How much are they selling for on ebay?.

In this case I haven't even received it - paid and a few days later received his emails. He promised to refund and even to post the poster on anyway!

He's probably cleared around ยฃ2k on fake posters, that's fraud...

Gotta Love the people making fakes and ruining people perceptions of ebay and its integrity! bloddy scammers... you should have his personal info where you sent payment to, the email he sent you and whatever back and forth you had with the seller... fwd it to paypal asap, call them, alert them and get them involved...
