I came across an alleged LA Barely Legal poster for sale. Its the "I can't believe you morons..." piece. The seller claims he bought it at the Barely Legal show. He also said it was printed in America at a company called Modern Multiples. Is this true? I thought they were all printed at POW. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
p.s. Im a long time Banksy admirer, but still dont have a print. Does anyone have one for sale at a reasonable price. Thanks in advance!

It won't have POW stamp. Should be numbered out of 500 (the number should be between 50 and 150). Ragged edges. small handwritten receipts were also given to buyers.
the rest of the edition will hopefully be available through POW at some point. we hope!!! 
There must be a thread on there somewhere all about this stuff.... ;D

The deckled edges look absolutely cool, but I'm not sure if the remaining 400 prints (of each series) will have them if they're to be done by POW.
Although, since it's a continuous series of 500, they should all be identical.

I can also confirm that the prints sold at Barely Legal are not stamped (with either a Poodle or POW). Only the printer's proofs have the Poodle Stamp aka Modern Multiples.

I asked the nice folks at Laz about it, and was told that it is the only non-AP or PP to have one. It doesn't sound like they really had too much control over what Modern Multiples did with them in that regard.

Printing Banksy: Modern Multiples Creates the LA Prints
Backstory:
A week after Banksy's Los Angeles Barely Legal show in 2006, we met with Richard Duardo of Modern Multiples to acquire a set of the LA prints. We filmed an interview with him to document the occasion and to capture his tales of what it was like to work with street art's brilliant mystery man.

We wrapped the project in early 2007 and submitted it to the Sundance, Tribeca, and San Diego Film Festivals later that year. So now we're taking our cues from Banksy in his film, EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP, 'now's the time' and we're just 'getting the story out there'.

a few aps turned up in the uk (33?) of festival - not sure about sale ends on the other hand though.

Aw man, that sucks... I REALLY want a "Sale Ends"... I was at Barely Legal, but only had money to buy 2 prints (and I thought $500 per print was crazy - little did I know that's nothing these days!)... and went with just "Trolley Hunters" and "Festival". Really kicking my own ass now for not maxing out my credit card back then and buying all 5!

Whoa, good job! Yeah, I know what you mean about £££££££ (it's $$$$$$ for me - ha!)... the only way for me to buy new ones off the secondary market is for me to sell some of my existing prints, but I can't bear to part with any one of them!
