HUGE respect for the VNA team.
When you consider the effort that goes into the screen printed cover etc... the new extra heavy mag, T-shirt, sticker pack and the OBEY envelope... all for £20. Bloody great value.
BTW George of VNA fame told me that the envelope was sent over by Shep, with only 80 sent for the launch... could almost be as desireable as the mag itself.
As far as I could tell there were two versions of envelope, black on black prints with a positive and negative versions given out yesterday.
Very NICE... I wonder how many survived those intensive rain showers??

I didn't intend to even go and on my way to the station after work I decided to check it out. Never even been to BRP before. It was only afterwards I found out that it was limited.

I think because someone said that they are going to be worth more than the mag is the reason behind it.
Luckily mine survived the rain on the night as I had it in a bag.

But in the meantime I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came down to the launch. We were blown away by having about 70 peeps in a queue, in the rain for humble ole VNA. It was mind-blowing to see BRP, a proper massive gallery filled to squishing point with people reading the mag, having a beer and enjoying the art.
So on behalf of the other VNA peeps who aren't registered on here and who made the magazine possible i'd like to say thank you on their behalf.
Sorry to those who missed out too...I know that feeling all too well and I can only say sorry you didn't get one. That said, we're launching subscriptions for 4 issues now that will include some nice freebies and an automatic chance as a sub to get the LE.
