Remi Rough ๐ฌ๐ง New Print Release โข Exhibition News , by remirough on Nov 21, 2008 10:56:46 GMT 1, Crazy... started out for a meeting and viewing a possible new Nancy Victor gallery space which is amazing!! quick beverage then onto John Spencer at O Contemporary, which is stunning stuff and well worth a look, dark dark pictures and not too expensive I thought...
Then a quick burn down to Lazarides... to check Herbert Baglione... AMAZING! was a tad underwhelmed by the size of some of the pieces, pretty small, but the fresh installation he did downstairs made up for that, lots of sales were going off as I was leaving, i'll be surprised if there's even one left this morning!
Then me and Timid briskly walk to the 55 stop, where I decide i hate waiting for buses and subsequently hail a cab, then it's off to Cordy House to check the Mutate Britain show...
This is so worth the trip, trust me, it's an absolute cornucopia of incredible art, layout, wall paintings, prints... everything... the boys did a sterling job hanging mine and Pure Evil's pieces next to each other which was a good look and the stand out piece is Part2ism's massive airplane wing...
Saw so many artists there, Insa, Mode, Andy Seize, Milo Tchais, Busk, Juice 126, but the high light for me was seeing the girl from Nighty Night... hehe
finished the night off with a fly pizza at Pizza Express over the road and then last train home...
