You are possibly right, but as a rule, I personally like to see what I am buying in the flesh before I hand over my hard earned. I don't think I have bout a single 'after market' piece of art and had it posted. I have travelled all over the country to collect, the 21CL needed a 560 mile round journey for me! In fact it was more than that because I went twice, the first time I spent 6hrs going nowhere on a flooded M6 near Gloucester, only to turn around and come home empty handed!
Each to there own, won't shed any tears if she doesn't sell!

totally the opposite for me, would never buy without meeting the seller, and checking the art on offer. I would bid on Puds auction, rather than others not offering this.

I definitely disagree. ALL the Lazerides Mic' prints have been heavily overpriced from day one imo. But to each his own I guess.
At auction recently, didn't a couple of these from editions of 50 sell for around 2 and a half grand (+fees of course), if memory serves?

Micallef print prices suffered the effects of hype more than most imo.
