I don't want to pass judgement or get into are these gift, backdoor or replica prints. But why would Banksy or POW gift two prints to somebody, or if they were gifted seperately what chance of somebody being able to find and convince two people to part with their gifts?

Jay Frost seems keen and ready to buy now, despite lots of questions regarding these being genuine or not.....

in the meantime get your magnifying glass out look at the pics then when you are finished give it to your girl/boyfriend so they can find your p*ick and crack one off for you

anyone else that has purchased prints from me and are unsure about their authenticity then please return them for a refund of the price you paid, but i doubt you will as you got them at a very good price.

Solly - have a look at the quality of the pics above, taken by Mo. Something similar for both of yours will help people judge their authenticity.

When people are prepared to part with what to most of us is quite a bit of money it's no wonder they want clarity and provenance. They need to know that what they are buying is legitimate at the very least. And saying you bought them in the queue outside POW from someone who said they a friend who had done some work for POW isn't really good enough for most people.

And while a face to face deal does give you the 'get out' clause, it still doesn't really hold up. You admit you are no expert, so to buy these on someone's say so does seem naiive. It may be the person you are selling them on to is no expert; but make sure they have the full story.

All most of us are asking for is honesty; and if your story is true then good luck with the sale.

It's not about jealousy. Most of us on here are above all this.

Where you from solly? all of a sudden the bridge up the road is tagged "solly" !!!!

I mentioned in an earlier post provenance. A gift print can only be worth anything if it has some provenance. Who had it how they got it etc. Seems these do not have any.

For example the green Nola the other week lots people new who had it and how he got it so it's valuevwas good as well as a sweet print.

There seems to be an increase in the number of dodgy things coming up on the site so we need to be careful when buying even on here.

One thing is for sure and that is that I would rather chance my money on one of these than one of those Di face tenners that people still spend a couple of hundred quid on.
