Great to chat to a few of you too while you queued. Least the weather was kinder this time!
So people were liking the envelope thing? Sam at POW takes the credit for doing those - brilliant execution. We'll try and do similar things for the upcoming issues if we can although this one has set the bar high.
Seems like the ticketing thing worked well, shame there's a few on eBay already but we can't really stop that. Comp details and online lottery to come so if you did miss out there will be plenty more opportunities.
And so on to Issue 17...starting next week!!!

the envelopes are great, the one thing i would say is i think the invader signature would have looked really nice on that as well, or instead of the cover. Not sure what other people think...
also, was a cracking interview with invader in there!

Have to agree also, sig would've looked fantastic on the envelope. Seems a tad lost on the cover

I am loving what I've seen of the new issue, the package is great, thanks to all @vna for your hard work - apparently all unpaid too! As for content, haven't read mine yet as I'm a bit sad & keep the "specials" special and my subscription one hasn't arrived yet so have that to look forward to over the next few days...

Great to meet you and eschiff - my mate was buzzing all night. He couldn't decide what was best - getting the mag or queuing for it. We definitely made an impression on him - looks like he's going to have a busy weekend googling!
Looking forward to the next oi mag too - Grant seems to have everything covered!

Seemed better to have something signed and the guy did do over 150 in one sitting!

Sal - yes mate, 20 going to online lottery, others into global distro. We'll also be running comps to the mailing list and Facebook page members.
While I remember some people were asking about their subscriptions - the tees have arrived at the VNA office and will be posted tomorrow to start arriving on Monday. Any subs purchased after the cut off date will get the next tee design that's being worked on at the moment.
As for Issue 17 - we have a great idea for the cover but we have to pull it off by November so fingers crossed!!
