Nice place Jean, you could turn the top floor into your studio .When I looked at the first 2 pictures I thought nice apartment/great view/amazing art. But I thought it was just the white rooms (didnt read the '8 bedrooms' in the description) then flick through the other rooms and you see how big it is, the guy loves his bling also - very extravagant interior design, not my cup of tea. But the white rooms are just the guys seperate/casual space and he obviosuly has some great art. Imagine what art he has hanging in the formal spaces???$$$ If this place was in Sydney it would fetch $20m so I would say the same in euros. Seriously though the lounge/kitchen in my 2 bed apartment are the size of his little roof top gym
