Yes, it's right, Jean-Pascal Fournier for the little hearts ("Learning to Love") and C215 for the old man, a stencil on wood (one of our first art collection pieces).
Indeed, the "Heart in Love" of Waleska Nomura is one of my favorite paintings (with my David Walker piece, of course  ). I remember, I first saw the "Heart in Love" Waleska painted (bigger than this one) which was showed at Bricklane Gallery during the summer 2009. I litteraly fell in love with this heart!

It's in the middle of nature and 10 minute drive from downtown. The wildlife is crazy, on any given day there are bald eagles, herons, salmon, coyotes, steller's jays, ducks, bears, skunks, racoons and squirrels.
Just yesterday, my wife mentioned to me that the property would be a perfect setting for a Huf Haus.
It's amazing what you can do with a hammer and a bunch of 2 x 6's. Being so close to the river presents its problems with moisture and steep terrain. There was a lot of wood rot in the supporting beams, and I replaced the problem areas myself (by the way, I'm not a builder...but I guess I'm becoming one).
Here are some before pictures (note lack of insulation):
