I immediately received an email with the status of "Queued". Have seen nothing in any of my mail boxes since. Still no rejection either:)

You will be expected to pay by direct bank transfer unless you tell them otherwise. Ask Caroline to use the card they have on the system. Its an odd process i know. For non German speakers - the invoice mentions that if you dont pay up in 30 days the order will be cancelled.

well speaking of profits, CYW, which cost was pretty much the same, was (and still is) flipped for more than this and I think that Ai WeiWei's name in the art world is bigger thanks Banksy's.
it's a shameful flipping but a good price on it.

I contacted Caroline and she stated that they were behind processing the sales. They would get to the US & Canada sales the end of last week and this week. Caroline indicated the credit card was okay.
You should reach out to them and communicate you wish for the transaction to stay on the credit card.
