The 'face value' of the prints I am interested in were originally £40-50. Both artists' work has appreciated in the meantime....albeit one faster than the other. Well that would be nice, but I missed out on a FF too, even went through checkout and got a confirmation email, but then had 'the call'. Now they're changing hands at about £1000, so that's what it's worth now, nobody is going to sell one for £250 or even swap it for anything that's wouldn't sell for £1000.
It's a shame, but if you or I want one, we'll have to pay the going rate.
