While I usually shy away from artists whose fine art work heavily matches up to their street work, his execution on fine art pieces, particularly those on found objects really feel miles different to me than the wall work.

These walls are recreated with inventions of psychedelic themes and elements. Stinkfish was born in Mexico; however, he spent his childhood in Colombia once his parents migrated there. Initially, he began wondering around the streets of Bogotรก as a child, curious about the surroundings and the variety of people. His course was never fixed, and this often presented him an opportunity to meet different people, locations, and images. When he least expected it, he had joined a group of individuals with similar interests. This group of people was interested in painting the streets illegally by using a variety of street art tools. Stinkfish initially began making stencils around the years 2000-2001.At the age of 16 or 17, Stinkfish began to write the name Stink anywhere imagined. These places included; school notebooks, desks, bathrooms, and other locations

As you'd expect from Stinkfish, some stunning and very colourful portraiture. The work was very clean and crisp and he had also finished off a stunning piece outside on the hoardings opposite the gallery - unfortunately a big fuck-off white van was parked right outside to spoil the view 
I find the lighting in the Gallery a bit weird - using up-lighters across pieces creates weird shadows and leaves some of the pieces in darkness but on the whole I thought it was a nice show and well worth visit
