If it was say 10-20 a month for instance it would make me think about it and i doubt id pay, but then if your flipping a 20 pound investment is not bad if your making money out of it ?

I know some people have said they don't want to post certain things where it would help out flippers more than collectors. That is a shame if people don't feel comfortable sharing.
I know I have gotten a lot from this forum, and on the rare occasion I have sold things I definitely will give better pricing and first crack to friends and forum members who have helped me or the forum in general.
But I think charging a fee to members would kill the forum.

I spent a large amount of time on the forum but more for reading and learning at the moment.
I think in any walk of life you always get the odd few which spoil it for the rest but that’s my view on the matter, others might not agree...

If you want to flip a print you just bought post there. In turn if you want to buy one just sold out request it there.
If you want to off load a print you bought a while back, or request a long sold out one, keep to the general sales section.
If flipping annoys you, dont look at the flipping section!

I think its also the fact that theres clearly alot of people watching who purchase prints based on discussions in order to profit from the people who actually want one and miss out , the selling of prints is fine, its the sneeky shit thats the issue for me.

Silky - why not split the for sale thread into prints released in the last 6 months (or even 12?) and those older than that...?
Also, for ebay sales - why not have a (replies disabled to) board for 'i'm selling my print on ebay' where you can just post the URL and the print name...

If u post a newly sold out print for sale or trade within a few weeks u will be called a flipper but at the same time will be send lots of pms asking how much u want for it u will not be offered great trades as most people On here are collectors and want to hold on to their best pieces.
If I wanted to buy and invader earth for example I would be expected to pay the market rate ie price on here recent eBay prices etc however it would not be suitable for me to advertise a Dran/invader from the dec releases for twice the cost price to buy it. Too be honest I think it's a joke ESP as this would be clased as ok in a couple of months.
Fact is if people are willing to pay what a seller wants I see no issue with it regardless how long the print has been out for. I have loads of stuff that is now with less than cost and stuff from up and coming section I could never sell on so people should take the ups with the downs. U don't have to pay high secondary market prices if u don't want too simple.

At the end of the day in my eyes, once you've bought something it's yours. That's it and you are free to do what you want with it.
If I miss out on a print and I really want it, I would then have to pay the requested amount/negotiate reasonably about the price in order to get the print I want. This isn't an issue for me and shouldn't be for anyone else.
