it is framed professionally using acid-free materials, behind UV-glass and has all the provenance you'd ever need. the reasons for sale are long and complicated but essentially it was either this gathers dust out of sight, or i let it go and bring in a couple of substitutes to brighten things up.
this print is in mint condition and has been very well loved, i hope you will love it too.
any questions, feel free, offers by PM only and sorry but no swaps, i have my replacements already so need the cash i'm afraid.

I have never seen such a number of ppl promoting sales on this board, you can easily find CND, reapers, Jack & Jills, rats ... etc... etc...
example, if it was me who was selling, i wouldnt worry as (unfortunately) i am not so well respected on this board!
what worries me is when those ppl who have been on this board for over a year are now deciding to sell their banksy... e.g. is a case in point is you LBW, ManMike and some others ...
I dont really have a problem with you selling, but just a few months ago everyone was negging me for trying to make a profit and trying to sell a reaper and now the same ppl are dumping banksy left right and centre....
and some ppl believe neate and micallef can overtake banksy....

WTF, as has been stated a few times now it is Summer so people have holidays etc to pay for
Secondly alot of people have been buying into other artists i.e Neate and Micallef and that is not cheap ยฃ4750 for the last Micallef print. So some lucky people are in a position that they sell one or two Banksy pieces to finance other prints originals etc.

i can understand the sales by dealers as that is their bread and butter... but whats the point of the sales by forum members... first preaching that its his best print ever and then over 5 are being sold simultaneously...
there is a 35% drop on most prints from the highest points so far.... and his warhol exhibition has been a flop (maybe expectations were too high or because it wasnt organised by LAZ).... i am not trying to paint a doomsday scenario.... but we have to admit we're in a correction....
what I believe is the first marketing mistake by Laz... they were making ppl hungry for banksy by not releasing any prints and all of a sudden these fans have set their eyes on artists like micalefs and neates... and have forgotten who is the real leader... consequently bringing the price down as fans get impatient.
without any offence, in my opinion if these "founding members" sell banksies to buy other non banksys such as micallefs, neates ... they are speculators.... as a banksy is not saleable by a "real" collector.
Finally I am glad that prices go down as this might make prints affordable again. so the panic sellers will offload at a loss, or smaller profit and some of us might be tempted to buy one or two prints again.

#2 I have two Grin Reapers
#3 One of the things i have spent a fucking fortune on is another signed Banksy. I'd rather have that than two copies of the same print.
