It's been awhile since I've posted here, but I'm looking to sell my archivally framed signed Parra screenprint, "Nipple Twister", from the edition of 75 in 2008. It comes with a COA.
I purchased it years ago in mint condition and had it framed with all archival materials, including 8-ply acid-free mat and museum glass (at a cost of ~$500). I intended to hang it up immediately, but my girlfriend had different plans. It's subsequently been stored in my home (covered from dust, in a temperature and humidity-controlled area) for the better part of a decade. I'm looking to make a big move cross country and would ideally like to sell it.
I'm located in New York City (Manhattan) and would, in a perfect world, like a face-to-face deal, but I'd also consider shipping it at the buyer's expense. There don't seem to be recent sales, with the last cited on Expresso Beans in May of 2021: $1607.59 via eBay (~ยฃ1150 at the time). The last auction at an auction house (Forum Auctions in December of 2019 went for a hammer price of ยฃ650 + 30% BP = ยฃ845 (~$1110 based on conversion rate at the time). I don't see any for sale at galleries or on EB. I'm asking $2150 $2050 $1950 $1850. DM if interested!
