It's the former Johnny - I thought I would be inundated with PMs as I remember not too long ago that there were plenty of unsigned Banksy's around, and most were under a grand. It appears there are very few on the market these days - I've had a few offers but these have been well over-priced. I think it's a case that his popularity has grown massively in the past year or two and his collector base is now a lot bigger, leading to a shortage in supply...
