Show Open to the general public from Monday 6th throughout February.

โNew Arrivalโ sees a number of landmark occasions moving forward as one between the artist & Unit44 itself. First with Philip recently becoming a father he also becomes a new arrival himself with this being his first show within the UK. With regards to the gallery this marks the first US artist to grace the space as Unit44 goes into its second year.
โPhilip Lumbang has been on the gallery radar from day one due to his work with The Hundreds in LA and his solo projects around the US. Itโs great that weโve been able to join the dots and we finally can make this happenโ

The artist will be showcasing a completely original body of work in the Newcastle space comprised of tiled pieces, locally found objects, boxes, hand painted signature characters, and some limited screen prints.
Former assistant to Shepard Fairey at Studio One Philip Lumbangโs style is still based on his childhood fascination with pop art, logo design and cartoons more specifically anything Hanna-Barbera.
