Read on, after initially being leaked through this forum last night I thought as I liked the print I would try and bag one so last night I sat through the normal F5ing until I learned that they would be released this morning. Got the email from POW which read as follows;
SHOK-1 paints graffiti that provokes a lot of questions, most commonly, "is that really done with spraypaint?" yes it is. He's a maestro and no mistake. He's also a bit of a dark b*****d as evidenced by this new print 'Heart Noose'. It comes in [glow=red,2,300]three different colours[/glow], measures 66cm x 46cm and is laughably available just in time for Valentine's Day.
Yes this clearly sates 3 colours! Read your email too!
Unfortunately I could not get to a computer this morning so my girl friend managed to get me the blue and the olive from POW direct. As I liked the print so much I thought I would like the set of three so after lots of emailing phone calls and help from other kind forum members I managed to get the Red. Very pleased with myself I got home this evening to realise that 3 more colours had been released.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but how many 'decent' galleries would release a print with a total run of 75 at ยฃ90 each and then when sold out decide to release another 75. Again correct me if you think I am wrong but does this not devalue the first 3 released. Surely the bigger the print run, the less demand and therefore a lower cost. If a gallery says they will release 3 colours totalling 75 is it morally right to then release another 3 colours?
I know for a fact that the second 3 colours are not even printed yet but the first three are due to begin posting tomorrow.
It appears to me that someone has thought 'these have sold better than we thought lets knock out a few more'.
In my mind if an email is sent out via the 'mailing list' to say three colours are to be released at ยฃ90 each, then a second lot of 3 are released when these are all gone the first three have been devalued straight away! Had I known a second lot were going to be released I wouldn't have gone for what I thought was the 'full set'

A friend of mine was told over the phone by POW that the 2nd lot of colours were not printed yet!
