I just wanted to email out to say thanks for all the support. It's been a great year thanks to you. I can't really express in words how grateful i am for the interest everyone has had in my artwork. I'll try my best to express it in the body of work i do next year. I have a lot of really exiting trips planned and also the fruition of a few projects that have been in motion for a long time. 2013 should be a really exciting year.
I know for a lot of people it's been hard to get hold of my print work and books. Sorry about that. I like to make sure that i never sell things that I've had no hand in making. It helps keep everything personal and stops me feeling like a brand. The things i sell have to feel like I've personally made them for you, otherwise i can't really understand the point.
I have a few things outlined below that i plan to release in Jan/Feb/march. I'll send mail out as i get closer to releasing things in the new year.
Copper plate etchings
I've been working very hard on copper plate etchings. I find they suit the way i draw and have a personal quality and age to them compared with screen printing. I have several copper plates to release as prints. The first is a series of four 20cm plates. Each one shows one of my characters trapped by the confines of the drawing.
I also have some bigger etchings i plan to do based on the painting i did in Sri Lanka. These will be in very low numbers as i plan to hand paint all the birds with watercolours.
My book of illustrations
The book is the main thing I've been working on indoors in 2012. It's an a4 collection of most of my illustration work. It will be about 82 pages long and with a glued box spine. It will also have a full size fold out poster of the drawing 'civilisation' (anyone who was sad to miss out can always pull the poster out and frame it). I want to make sure people get a good chance at getting this so the edition size will be a bit bigger than usual. To still stay true to my d.i.y ethos I'm hand printing and embossing all the covers too. If it sells out within the first month of release don't freak out, I'll do a second edition in the summer.

I feel like he put some serious time into painting some major walls around the world. And he does it well.
