I read it every other day !! It just seemed that the way is was worded and with the link to the old sweet shop I myself and i reckon there must of been a few more people were under the impression they were being sold from there too !!!

My only recommendation would be to move off of a cart system as that lets people cart and then buy multiple prints.

Bots? Ehhh..sure keep thinking that. Keep spreading the term and eventually someone will actually make one. There must have been a few hundred or even a thousand trying to cart, no s**t not everyone got one.
My suggestion to the artist is plain and simple, keep the release fair and make it easy for yourself.

I lost an hour of my day on the the roof of a building site in the freezing cold trying to get the best 3G signal I could on my iPhone refreshing like mad. Only to lose out to a set of w4nker5 that that have put theirs straight on eBay for stupid money.
How about releasing prints when a majority of people have finished work, we don't all sit at computers for a living you know. I'd love some of those orders on eBay to be cancelled like Penny has done previously, the locations are on there so it can't be that difficult. If you're reading this sweet shop and hate the flippers as much as you claim in a message I received from you then there's your chance to prove it.

Its the first time I've managed to get a print on release from him, I'm always missing Keyes releases but won't give up.
There is nowt a gallery or artist can do...you will always upset people if its a random drop, if its a lottery or if there is a time specified. These will always end up on ebay sooner or later as every print release has done in history, whether its before its been posted or after.

It is easier to get a print from established artists like Swoon or Adam Neate and many other than any printed material with Phlegm or Stik signature on it. I am not really sure that makes much sense… However, I don’t think it is Phlegm or Stik fault, this is just most of us who create and maintain this market, completely irrational.
I enjoyed buying Phlegm/Stik prints, things were easy, prices cheap, quality quite high. Things have changed now; I guess I won’t be able to buy a print from them anymore. I am not really trying now. I could complain but in the end I just don’t care. I won’t spend hundreds of pounds to get a print from these artists, and if I decide one day to spend that much of money that will be for an original. Prints are a good entry point, but after some time you just realize you have too many of them, that they lack this intimate connection with the artist’s work, and that they are not worth fighting for… Let’s move on !

Well, you could raise the edition or make popular images a timed edition. Phlegm wanted to earn some coins for the book project with that last release. Why not do a higher volume edition for that reason? It's only a one color screen print - not that complicated. I assume no one would have called him names if he did so. Just to be clear: I do not say it's any artist's fault that some of us collectors miss out at print releases or that there are flippers who immediately try to make some money after a release. But there are some options to release an image as a print that could make more people - at least those who really like the image and aren't in it for the money - happy.
