Given that some sales wont be listed, I would gamble it is closer to 40%.
Crazy.

So Id say they are only being sold for $600-$650 the most at this moment. He does not come out with much so people get tired of sitting on them it seems. Not a quick buck artist for investment buyers.

Prices will rise if another release or book is announced as flippers on EB get on it, then plummet soon after... apart from civilisation & couple others which will continue to rise steadily and classic originals, subject to demand .

Yep I don't think a seller will get more for this at the moment. May be a small % increase depending on what/when the next release is.

As for his work catering to a niche audience, I would say that is true for almost any artist working in the "urban art" realm. Sure, he doesn't pander to galleries, but he is reaching tons of people via Instagram at 42K followers, a number which is growing steadily, and he was commissioned by the Royal Opera House for a series of etchings and an installation, which reached a ton of new eyes. And the first bit isn't even 100% true, as he did "The Bestiary" at HGG.
If you want an artist whose primary focus is moving prices north, then look elsewhere, but if you want someone who lives and breathes their craft, then Phlegm is your man. I wouldn't care if I woke up tomorrow and my pieces were worthless. I bought them because I love looking at them.

We get it, you collect his art and are sticking up for him and his work. Everything you wrote is just "Your" opinion. I was explaining the possibilities as to why his price for "Fight or Flight" has gone down compared to what it was when it was released in terms of value. It has gone down. Others agree. What does not lie are the price sales for this print on EB and ebay. Perfect time for others to snag his work for much cheaper on ebay etc. You purchase his work because you love it which is great. Plenty people that collect have other agendas. Your naive to think that they don't. When some artists work go up when they do not release a lot of work, his does not. Others have spoken up about it in this thread as well. That is our point.

You made an assertion that he was "stunting his development" and that he is "closed off and needs to branch out more", all because he doesn't pander to galleries and doesn't give a flying fuck how much or how little you make off the resale of his work.
Your assertions were nothing more than opinions and I was well within my rights to counter with my own. Being exploited by galleries is not the only way to build a career as an artist.
I made no comments of the value of the print in question, or his art in general, but to stay on topic, I would assess it at $600USD currently and it could be heading even lower if people want to move their stock.
I am well aware that many collect for financial and speculative reasons. In fact, I would think there are probably more that do, than those that don't in our online communities. People are free to do as they choose, but I personally find the quest much more fulfilling when the first question I ask myself is "do I want to look at this every day" rather than "do I think this will go up in value?".
