Cartrain π¬π§ Tate Gallery β’ Damien Hirst β’ Gilbert & George, by bristolboy on Jan 11, 2010 19:24:24 GMT 1, think cartrain could do soooo much for a solo show but expectation i dont know... could produce beautful body of work that really gets people talking but at the moment not sure just becaue not seen enough of his art pieces... no offence to you cartrain just being honest work long and hard hours want to spend money on something value as art... saw art pieces in bristol and i have to be honest i loved... loved calling out people saying thats banksy and saying no cartrain near the rbs building opposite the hotel lol.... you have chance to produce really great art pieces or can get lazy .... hope and wish you the best either way....s
I may be wrong but I dont think it was Cartrain either, there was a name stenciled underneath the piece that currently escapes me. Its been removed now so we may never know.

Having seen this piece some months before, I was alarmed, horrified and somewhat saddened to notice that his box of FABER CASTELL dated 1990 Mongol 482 series which usually sits on the desk has vanished, gone, no longer there. Instead a box of pencils of STAEDTLER Noris school series pencils which was left in the TATE Briton last year are in The Mongols Place. I had a meeting about this with the Curator of the baltic Alessandro Vincentelli who told me that the TATE refused to let them have the real pencils in case they got stolen again. They also have a queuing system now in place and have 3 guards stationed in the room at all times.
