ART CAR BOOT FAIR HARLAND MILLER PRINT DETAILS!, by jusdeep on May 9, 2012 8:56:53 GMT 1, People were queuing 28 hours+ last year for the Turps Banana releases. All depends if there's any big releases again, which should be announced nearer the event. The majority of people rock up an hour or so before the doors open.

You'd be better off praying he releases anything - he was on last years list too but nothing materialised ;-)

ART CAR BOOT FAIR HARLAND MILLER PRINT DETAILS!, by Warm Gun on May 19, 2012 12:59:52 GMT 1, I personally like the Harland Miller print because it's a bit edgy and has nice dark connotations to it. The imagery is also synonymous with Irvin Welsh, Hunter S Thompson et all. It's far to dirty for the average Harland Miller ponce who think they're risque because they have a massive print with the word 'bastard' slapped across a mock penguin book up on their wall. That's why they don't like it. It's nowt to do with having less 'acquired' tastes because that's just snobbery talking.....I don't even know why I'm defending the print, I don't like it THAT much. I won't personally be queuing.
On a second thought, I also quite like the double meaning behind the title. The saying 'I'd give my right arm for that' fits nicely with the obvious drug abusing imagery on the cover. Not that ground breaking but at least there's an iota of thought gone into it.

ART CAR BOOT FAIR HARLAND MILLER PRINT DETAILS!, by Happy Shopper on May 19, 2012 14:10:34 GMT 1, Feels like the point of the Art Car Boot Fair has been lost. I only went to the last one, but I've read a lot of nice stories about the previous ones... Shouldn't it be silly art by unknown, and well known, artists for a nice low price (that you might have that cash on you type amount) ? not hundreds of pounds and just an excuse to release a new edition. £200 for a small Harland Miller is probably a good price, but wouldn't it be better perhaps to make it A3 and £50 ! Bit of a laugh and everyone's happy !!

Are people actually saying they're disturbed or that they don't like the print?
Personally I was mystified and down right distraught to see that there is actually a thread on here with people showing off prints of the queen. I'm not sure how to take it, is it sarcasm or are people genuinely in love with the monarchy in an art scene which is completely against it.
