However, HMP are replacing prints, paying postage etc and I'd say that this was pretty good on a no quibble basis. I bought an ESPO print once from PA and the amount of grief I had was unreal - in the end lost money on something I didn't ever get!!!!

no dings, creases etc...all very good as I was expecting the worst given the distances from Northern Europe to East coast Aussie.
Stunning imagery and colours...with the blue spray looking (as etched shows above) very 3D.
Very sturdy tube too.

All TOY and WINNER prints were shipped by March 22nd.
When we ship out such a great number of prints, statistically, some damages are unavoidable. We have taken precautions, and have printed some extra prints for use as replacements. These will be signed and renumbered by the artist with the same number as the damaged print, and the damaged print will be destroyed. All extra costs will be covered by Handmadeposters. We are also happy to inform you that due to a higher damage rate than normal (about 4-5%, normal would be about 1-2%) that from now on, all our prints will also be wrapped in bubble-wrap which will ensure extra cushioning on the end of each tube. Have a nice day

I hope HMP do a trial to check bubble wrap doesnt mark a print. I think all they really need to do is tape the paper wrapped print (as Obey) so the print stays central to the paper rather than slide to a cap on impact.
