I always send with soft tissue at either end to prevent this. You would think the guys at HMP would've already realised this.

Just by taping the wrapped print to a smaller size it will prevent it from falling to one end. Wrapping the outside of the tube is just daft.
Why didnt they just kick one around the office to trial it ?
