on the advise of a mate, I emailed them asking if there are any failed transaction from the previous release.
Steve (or could be one of his helpers but I would like to think it's him as he signed off as 'Steve') emailed me and gave me a heads up on this latest drop.
Just happened to check my email and happy days!
He even replied when I emailed him about the checkout issue which some of us early-birds were facing.
He is such a true artist.
I mean his work speaks for himself, both in print and on public spaces.
No complicated lottery.
Nor some arsey gallery involved.
Just drop when he feels like it.
And give fans outside Europe a chance to own his print (his release time surely is catering for those outside of US).

Print was $200, shipping $75.
Not sure what the problem is... sending prints internationally tracked/signature costs quite a bit, not to mention the cost of the packaging materials and the wage of the person packing the prints in a manner where they won't' get damaged.
