Obviously I expect them to range in price depending on the bank note used as a start, but there are some on eBay ones ranging dramatically in price from Β£400 up to Β£1500 plus. Edition size doesnβt seem to matter as the rarer ones are low priced. Found a few on gallery websites and they all seem to be quite high value. It seems like heist on Β£ or $ seem to be the best ones to try to get hold of to start my collection. He doesnβt seem to have many for sale when I checked his website. Any help would be great π

These have been listed within a week or two of that auction and are not really priced in a manner that reflects true market values.
Although price has to be a factor for most of us, I would be swayed primarily by the pieces that appeal to you the most. Try contacting Penny directly. Heβs pretty responsive via Instagram. Heβs not released a lot recently but I think thereβs a new piece coming. He also often releases his work through Krause so Iβd maybe drop them a line too. I wouldnβt be too surprised if they had some of his work or could advise if they will be releasing anything soon.

Not true - most the ones on eBay are ones I sold to the guy selling not from the auction recently. I donβt think any from that auction have come up on eBay actually

I believe the other major seller was due to a divorce but havenβt confirmed directly with him so unsure.
If you would like any actual useful advice about buying Penny shoot me a DM and if there is a particular price you want I might be able to point you to a collector who has it

Yeah, thatβs fair comment actually. It was a bit of an overload of some of the final prices were surprising to say the least. I think it was probably a mistake on the part of the seller(s) to throw them all in together. Still kicking myself for losing out so narrowly on ones I had been after for a while.
