That's something you really need to answer for yourself. It's entirely subjective. Especially once you realise literally (used in the correct sense) anything can be considered art when viewed in that sense.
Thank you for pointing this out to me. I didn't mean to imply that the question could be answered objectively.
When anything can be considered art, it becomes even more interesting to hear why/how people make their subjective distinctions and perceive something as art. Hence my question.

Agreed - most miss bugs works leaves me underwhelmed to say the least, this is jokey, pointed and for me does what all good pop art should do well - conveys a message simply, accurately and in a fashion I enjoy. Clockwork Britain and this are so far my picks of an otherwise hugely forgettable 2012.
