As I mentioned in another thread on Carl and UV that is the first idea I had. I was gonna buy some UV LED strips and rebate them into the edges of a frame all the way round, but keep spending the money on more art 
Good idea Lee i was looking at doing this with the print I have framed here as they use Fluro inks so I might give it a go later
