Got to be white like at the show I think,unless you could find the perfect lightish grey/ green. Railings painted up a dark green sample for my cold war but it didnt go with my room. Superb colour match though.

They did my Neates too Pezlow after skanky suggested them,have a look on get your banksy's out page 34 I think. They spray the white frames to make them even.Go for the miragaurd glass

for what it's worth perry, i really like the simple white box frames on any and every neate. maybe a red box for red portrait but as stuey said there is so much in the image, the frame should be very understated. looking at what skanky has had done i would say going there would be the sensible way forward, the seamless corners a la john jones is a very special, subtle touch.

Lookin for Neate.........., by verbalkint on Oct 9, 2007 0:36:53 GMT 1, I sold some of my neates recently to pay for a gallery original, but now i could get them for almost half what i sold them for. i got £2350 for TD, £2300 for DE, £2000 for BP. This was only a month to 6 weeks ago. I was really shocked to see TD go for £1150 the other day.
I suppose if you treble the number of prints you have in circulation in one night it affects your prices when the dust settles. Obviously the prices will recover, but then will there be another solo show at elms with another 9 prints for sale? It seems inevitable that they will continue to release them as they are an amazing way to make extra money from a show.
Micallefs eyestorm prints have nose dived value wise since the latest releases, and my god people are offloading too, which drives them down even further. It is definatly a good time to buy, but the best time will be when the new banksy is released as you always get people selling to get signed editions whilst they are still reasonably flooding the market.
The print resale market was always reasonably predictable until the last few months, but first of all there were no micallefs going on ebay and his prices literally trebled in a few weeks, that was strange. Now the last 2 months have seen millions spent on new prints and the secondary market has dipped badly. I dont think anyone here can confidently predict what will happen with the prices
