Thoughts on the following signatures, by DrWhite on Oct 29, 2012 20:51:39 GMT 1, Did they all come with pest control, indicating they were from the signed editions of 150 ?? Both of the signatures I have seen on barcodes I have looked at say 04 as the date ??

Are we now saying Banksy has reached these dizzy heights, if so expect the price of unsigned to rocket!

Are we now saying Banksy has reached these dizzy heights, if so expect the price of unsigned to rocket! Maybe people will start rubbing out the signatures if this happens 
Can you imagine the turmoil that would create, we only pay a premium for signed work because of the KUDOS it adds nothing to the image, overnight, galleries would close down and governments would tumble, can anybody honestly say that if they met Banksy in a pub they would ask him for his autograph!,and yet we are happy to pay thousands for it! Does it make sence?

Thoughts on the following signatures, by ABC on Oct 30, 2012 13:28:08 GMT 1, The later signatures look more controlled IMO. His signatures are pretty standard across the board in newer prints, where as his older works can vary a fair bit IMO.

Thoughts on the following signatures, by baznyc on Nov 2, 2012 14:14:49 GMT 1, It's fairly well known that he didn't sign all of his prints in the early days so you'll have variations in the exact signature for a start. Then try signing a bundle of prints and see how much your own signature varies as you get cheesed off with the process. Does anyone truly believe he signed all 750 colour trolleys?
