Wider than a postcard & olive47 bonita bonita @ Breeze Block, by kendo on Jul 22, 2013 13:34:03 GMT 1, Mine arrived with customs charges applied, I got notification from Royal Mail so handy enough to pick it up from my local depot. They were packed really well and the personalisation was a nice touch. I imagine the logistics was a complete nightmare!
Framing on these are going to be tricky as I would ideally like the front and back to be on show! Any ideas?

Well it's finally in the UK, although I don't have it yet.
I need to pay ยฃ59.06 import tax first... BALLS
Why can't US galleries include the correct import code for importing art to the UK...I'msicktofcukingdeath of paying and claiming back these fees.

Yes, that's right - I wanted the back of the pieces visible and I think this method shows them in their best light! With this method of framing there is no contact to the plexi-glass frames at all. The Keyes piece came with a hanger already in place on the back - within the plexi-glass the piece is then hung onto another hanger. It has the jagged tooth's to help keep it in place but you still need to be careful as the piece needs to be kept upright to prevent it from potentially coming off its hangar - I hope that makes sense!
I feel very lucky to have got the Keyes and i'm really happy as to how its been framed.
