Madrid, Spain at the beginning of december. Suggestions?, by chichi carter on Oct 27, 2013 18:13:28 GMT 1, Hello fellow members. I will be visiting Madrid, Spain at the beginning of december. This will be my first visit. Apart from the obvious museums (Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen) are there any art galleries or shows that that are not to be missed and should be added to my list? Any suggestions art wise or otherwise? Your favorite restaurants, bars, cafรฉs, etc... Bring it on! Already bought myself a pair of tickets to go see Anna Calvi at Teatro Lara. That should be a fun evening. Thanks in advance for the tips and have yourselves a lovely Sunday.

Just looking for some tips regarding galleries that are worth visiting (be it street/urban art or contemporary art), restaurants, cafรฉs or hangouts that are off the beaten path and that I wouldn't find if it weren't for a local pointing them out to me.
