First come first serve, PM me.
This pre-release is for 10 of each, the remaining 15 of each will be released at the show at a price of ยฃ150.
First up is "Queen Elizabeth Approves" black edition (25) Really impressed with this one, so simple but will look great float framed.
Second is "Queen Elizabeth Approves" Pink Pride edition (25) This one took alot of work, i ended up using fabric ink to get the lighter pink just righ.

NEW RELEASE.. Available here first!, by paoe on Nov 21, 2013 15:47:58 GMT 1, lol i dont think Dface has copyright over the image since adding ears, no matter how good the image looks.
Also smaller edition, different technique (colour versions), different artist, different concept...

NEW RELEASE.. Available here first!, by hnkpnk on Nov 21, 2013 16:28:28 GMT 1, Also smaller edition, different technique (colour versions), different artist, different concept... But what *is* the concept?
I can understand the Reids and D-face, but I only see a portrait of the queen here. Am I missing something?

But what *is* the concept? I can understand the Reids and D-face, but I only see a portrait of the queen here. Am I missing something? The concept is based upon the ability of celerities (in various forms) to change attitudes on matters which at stages have been unfathomable, such as gay marriage, black rights and mixed race couples.
I worked on a few different prominent figures but the queen stood out because she has overseen soo much of our modern history and when she has confirmed her opinion on world matters it has always been well considered and at the right moment.
There are many figures i could use but for now this is the one that encompasses all of the attributes i was seeking.

NEW RELEASE.. Available here first!, by Deleted on Nov 21, 2013 22:54:48 GMT 1, Not sure if I'm being thick here, but is it not just a copy of the queens portrait off a bank note? agree here. Cannot see any artistic merit or thought process behind this. Rather pay hundred extra for a borf rothko imo.

Yes the base image is from a banknote, repetition breeds celebrity so it seemed like a great one to go with.
Anyway if you dont like this image there are plenty of artist at the show which might suit your tastes a little bit better.
Cheers

The image is nice but it's not original and really has nothing to do with celebrity. Great image if you like the Queen.

NEW RELEASE.. Available here first!, by monsoonking on Nov 26, 2013 1:04:20 GMT 1, It seems like a good 10% of artists have given up on trying to create anything new, and have just resigned themselves to endlessly rehashing Warhol in increasingly uncompelling ways.
FWIW, I think the black image is the strongest. The pink ones almost strain my eyes. The second one looks like a printer ran out of ink halfway through. Maybe you can run with that concept. Wade Guyton is hot right now.
