What art have you bought this year and what's your plans for 2014?
There's so many great artists at the moment so the list of artists I want to get something by next year is huge but if I have to choose top 5: Shai Dahan, POSE, Dot Dot Dot, Robert Proch, Mary Iverson and Dolk...
This thread was a huge success last year so I want to repeat it.
What art have you bought this year and what's your plans for 2014?

This has been an interesting year for me. The highlights:
A large Brett Amory painting from his New York show titled Williamsburg Bridge ...
Another large Herakut from their 2008 Dirty Laundry show titled For You I'll Do the Weirdest Shit ...
A large Phil Frost original on paper from his 2009 show at JLG ...
And finally, a David Choe watercolor from 2008 titled Jane should soon be on the way from another forum member (thanks Lee!).
As for 2014 ... Who knows? Andrew Hem, Joe Sorren, Martin Wittfooth, Interesni Kazki, Phlegm, Miss Van ...

These three are certainly high up in my list of Y2013 arrivals.

However, my best piece for 2013 is this one by RAE. Not the most expensive purchase, but really the one I like most :

I agreed to keep a couple of them private and only have a group photo on my phone, but will see what I can do later.
In 2014 I will hopefully have a couple of commissions completed and also plan to add a Banksy rat and a few smaller originals to my collection - C215, Phlegm, a Can-Man and hopefully a small Stik doodle if I can get one done.

Plan for 2014 is definitely to hold off on big editions, maybe clear the collection a bit, and replace with a few HPMs or Originals... if cash permits!!

Anyway, onwards and upwards for 2014. I have one wall that needs a very large piece on and need to replace a few things i've fallen out of love with. No idea with what yet, but looking forward to finding the right pieces.
Inti Canvases, tray framed, and protected in perspex.

For a little over the cost of a couple of D-Face prints, I have an amazing original hanging on the wall in our flat in Stockholm... I would advise everybody to buy an original from an up and coming if they can, they are so much better than any print I own (although a couple of the Rae prints come very close to being originals).
