He already alluded to that last night on an IG comment. If you're serious about getting your money back, earlier is better. I placed mine yesterday and was already too late for the instant refund.

Fair point, he definitely sold way more, no question about it
Paypal will however allow a negative balance in order to refund people, that's another reason why there is no true rush to do this. And if he doesnt pay Paypal back, they will hunt him down

Regardless of what is in the account, PayPal offers buyer protection and will let a sellers account go into negative numbers as opposed to hurting a buyer who used their services. I'm going to wait it out a little while, The money isn't going to make me rich or broke, and who knows what will come of it. but... you know, Fuck BNE. ect. |

That's not true, Paypal will refund everybody who wired money to BNE. If BNE spend it already they will be filing a lawsuit against him to recover the money from him.
But everybody is protected when you wired money trough paypal.
