WALLCOME: Urban Art Festival (Schmalkalden/Germany, 2014), by Someones Brain on Jun 30, 2014 14:26:59 GMT 1,
I just read in the local newspaper about this urban art festival taking place in rural Germany (Schmalkalden, Thuringia) over the summer 2014. Schmalkalden is a rather small town (population 19.000) in the centre of the federal republic (... and the countryside ).
There are some big names involved (Herakut, ROA, Case, Pixelpancho, Know Hope, M-City, ECB, Andrew Hem). The first two murals (ECB, Case) are already finished. More information can be found here:

WALLCOME: Urban Art Festival (Schmalkalden/Germany, 2014), by Someones Brain on Jul 2, 2014 21:44:25 GMT 1, looks amazing, must be really hard to paint something so big as well as so detailed I really "fell in love" with the (photorealistic) pieces Case put up on some walls lately. He did this mural in my home town (Erfurt) the other day. It's impressive. I hope it stays there for a long time.
Edit: This mural (below) is not part of the WALLCOME urban art festival in Schmalkalden.

These are documented on the Wallcome website. I recommend a visit there. Here're just some examples:
