Damaged Print. Possible to Restore?, by nullvoid on May 19, 2015 14:39:41 GMT 1, ouch. Those look like nasty creases. I had a similar situation, but POW ended up sending a replacement after I ripped up the damaged print. Good luck.

Without looking at a picture of the actual print, I reckon Tango by Blek

Damaged Print. Possible to Restore?, by jettad on May 19, 2015 17:49:25 GMT 1, I have also heard good things about Poster Mountain. Here is the contact info I have with them
postermount@aol.com
John Davis was the person I spoke to, although in the end I did not use them as I sold the print damaged. Send them the pictures and they should be able to say if it is repairable or not, plus give you a price to fix it.
I have to ask murrke03, what did the seller get if you are getting a refund and the print? It doesn't seem fair to the seller, especially if they packed the print well, and the damage was done in transit.

Damaged Print. Possible to Restore?, by Rouen Cathedral on May 19, 2015 18:04:31 GMT 1, I have also heard good things about Poster Mountain. Since it was the Global Shipping Program they were only responsible for getting it to the distribution center in the USA which they did. The print was thus damaged when the people at the distribution center placed in in new packaging and shipped it via USPS. At that time 'Ebay' becomes responsible for any damage. So seller keeps the original money and then I get refunded the same amount from ebay.
Its kind of complicated. I hope that makes sense.

Literally two minutes after making the post it dawned on me (honest) but all day I was looking at that first image and could not make out what it was - it was only this afternoon I realised the thin forehead line and brow of a female and then suddenly thought of Blek's tango. Think I'd convinced myself it was going to be something else and my mind couldn't see past the image I was trying to look for
