Haha - I can remember bunking off school and going to a mates house as his parents were both at work. He didn't mention they had a Betamax when he said we could watch some videos - 3 shit movies and 2 part recorded episodes of the young ones  the good old days

Ha ha. Betamax that loaded throughout the top!! Only the early ones, the same with vhs. Front loading did come along, we had a Sony C5 (I think that was the model name, a front loading player). I remember tapes were something like ยฃ8 - ยฃ10 each, which 30+ years ago was a lot of money! |

I remember going to the video shop with my dad and renting the Classic Disney films on beta max and vhs.......and one thing that stuck in my head was for your eyes only bond film with ยฃ230 price sticker on it....... I kid you not its fresh in my brain, one of those remember as a child moments. Crazy!!!!! |
