SINGAPORE Street Art, by RoboJ on Nov 2, 2015 18:18:09 GMT 1,
Just returned from my Singapore trip to kick start my new series. There is some really nice work out there! Here are a few I found along with a few of mine.
Here are a few pieces. One at BlackBook, a graffiti shop. One from Haji Lane which is a really cool place with lots of great murals and the last one from the Aliwal Art Centre.

Here is my latest piece I've been working on called 'CostofFreedom' which is a new series of pieces using local currency in the form of butterflies to represent the price people pay for local freedoms and issues of all types. This particular piece focuses on the price paid to give young people in Singapore new opportunities using places like the Aliwal Art centre. The butterflies to me represent freedom & beauty, they also represent fragility of freedoms and how easily they can be broken. The currency represents the monetary cost of the freedom and its location. Lots more to come in this series, hope you like them!
