There's a lot of art coming out that deals with climate change and topics like anthropocentrism, biocentrism and the anthropocene, so it seems appropriate to have a thread dedicated to discussing this.
Yes, I am based in Lund. I am currently involved in a research project on the theme of degrowth, which includes members from Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies, the research branch of the department where you probably did your studies.

Environmental art - climate change, by james10 on Dec 18, 2015 19:21:17 GMT 1, That's cool. I do know many people (and many friends) around the world environmentally/socially responsible. Some of them still researching in the department you mentioned, so maybe one of my old roommates is now one of your colleagues. hopefully this thread will see many users involved!

Environmental art - climate change, by Feral Things on Dec 18, 2015 19:59:51 GMT 1, This seems like a good opportunity to give a shout out to 79-year-old Phil Kingston. Along with a group of like-minded individuals he recently whitewashed the Department of Energy & Climate Change's building in Whitehall and sprayed the words "Department for Extreme Climate Change" on the front of the building instead. He is being prosecuted for his act of civil disobedience but I hope I'm at least half the man that he is when I'm his age!
A few others worth a mention...Isaac Cordal's piece is officially entitled 'Follow the Leaders' but I've also seen it called 'Politicians Discussing Climate Change' (the photo's from his website)
There was also Banksy's simple but effective piece along Regent's Canal a few years ago (the photo's from Romanywg's Flickr)
And Alexandre Orion's brilliant reverse-graffiti work in Sรฃo Paulo was technically about air pollution rather than climate change but the two are inexorably linked so I thought it was worth sharing:
