SIX MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, by chrisell66 on May 26, 2016 16:34:30 GMT 1, Tragic's a tad harsh. If you like the artist it may be a good thing - is it much different from the mystery art that Imbue and others have done?
I won't be subscribing but that's because I'm not that into his work and I doubt I'd want 5 of his prints - but I've seen it work elsewhere - possibly for artists with "better" followings. In some ways it helps the artist deal with cash flow and you get a discount on the art.
Dan May does a subscription service (yes its a touch twee - but my other half loves his work and it saves arguments when my less family friendly art appears - and oddly it grows on me - presently there's a fluffy thing looking at a butterfly sat next to an old Copyright (arse, tits, sword - which apparently isn't that attractive to girls) - I like the juxtaposition.
Equally pick an artist you love - ask yourself would I buy a subscription if ..... offered it?

Except you didn't say it in your original post or on your image.
Also it's easy to say "all money going for charity" when no one is "auditing" to make sure you follow thru with said donation.
Lastly, it's even easier to say all PROCEEDS go to charity then conveniently make exactly what was spent.
Can artists post in their own threads instead of starting a new one every time they're pushing product? Is there a vetting process for that red login or are they just handed out to anyone who asks? .

It certainly is tragic, in my opinion. Who the fuck buys art that they haven't seen!? It defeats the point of a person referring to it as their art. What you are selling is simply a "possibility", the possibility they may actually get something they want for their money.
This in my eyes is a shambolic attempt to make money. I'd love to hear more about this charity you're donating to, you appear to have been pretty vague about it so far.

So instead of posting the charity info, people have to hunt for it ? That cleared that up then...
